2. Wash Frequency

A lot of people believe that they need to shower and wash their hair everyday., but for
many hair types, this isn?t a great idea because washing can remove many of the
natural oils that your hair needs to keep itself healthy. If you only wash your hair half the
week or space it out to twice week, that will allow your hair to form naturally and help it
to retain many of the important proteins that can be destroyed by over-washing. If you
feel the need to wash more often, opt for something like a natural dry shampoo that can
do the job without causing any of the damage.
3. Brushing the Hair
How often do you brush your hair? Brushing your hair is far more important than you
may realize. It?s not only for keeping your hair organized and looking kept, but also for
the natural spread of oils that are produced on your scalp. These oils keep your hair
hydrated, and if they are rubbed off by hard material, and then not distributed well, then
you will end up getting very dry easily broken hair. Brush your hair often, and
supplement your oils with natural oils like tea tree oil for great looking and healthy hair.
