3. Practice Self-Love

Spend time doing the things that you need to do to take care of yourself. This can take
so many forms, but one of the best is in the form of health, so get rest when you need it.
Another that is often overlooked is that of establishing clear boundaries. Having clear
boundaries affirms you and can benefit your self-esteem massively.
4. Treat Yourself
When was the last time you did something nice for yourself? Be sure to take time to do
things for yourself every so often. Even if it’s just an extra-long bath, a trip to the movies
alone, or a new gadget, you can treat yourself. You can do little things for yourself
several times a week. As long as the treat is something healthy, go for it. You deserve
it, and don?t forget to say thank you!
